Rubber hoses are varieties of flexible pipelines that are used in industry for the transportation of various bulk and abrasive materials, liquid and gaseous substances. The structure is a rubberized pipe inside and outside, which is equipped with an internal sealing element made of metal wire covered with a thread winding and a dense fabric.

 

Depending on the size, design features and scope of application, the following types of hoses are distinguished:

• Pressure-suction. It is used for the transfer of liquid media. They are rubber-fabric frames reinforced with a metal spiral.
• With thread reinforcement. It is used for pumping water, acid / alkaline liquids. The products are made from a textile frame with several rubber layers.
• With a dense fabric frame. They are produced in the form of hoses made of fabric and rubber layers. Products are used regardless of the climate (humid, moderate, cold) for the purpose of pumping steam, liquids with elevated temperature indicators, products of the oil refining industry.
• For use in high pressure conditions. The design of the products includes a metal winding, which allows them to be used in high-load conditions for the transfer of oil solutions and other liquids.
• For gas welding. They are made from a rubberized frame with the use of a thread winding. Hoses have increased technical characteristics, including wear resistance and strength, which allows them to be used for work with liquefied gas.
